Terms of Service

Effective date: April 16, 2026  ·  Applies to: Rally for iOS

These are the rules for using Rally. We kept them short. If you use Rally, you're agreeing to them. If that's a problem, please don't use Rally.

1. Your account

You need to be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Rally. You're responsible for what happens on your account. Keep your sign-in safe. If someone else gets in and misbehaves, we may suspend the account while we sort it out.

2. Your content

Photos, captions, and messages you post to Rally are yours. You keep ownership of everything you create.

By posting, you grant Rally a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and transmit that content only for the purpose of operating the app — showing it to your squad and backing it up so you don't lose it. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backup copies that age out on the schedule described in the Privacy Policy.

You promise that your content is yours to post and doesn't violate anyone else's rights. You also promise you won't use Rally to post:

We can remove content that breaks these rules. We'll try to tell you why.

3. Acceptable use

Don't break Rally and don't use Rally to break other people. That means no attempts to reverse-engineer the app, scrape the service at scale, bypass squad access rules, or automate activity to fake streaks. Rally runs on a small budget; abuse makes the app worse for everyone.

4. Account termination

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app: Profile → sign-out icon (top right) → Delete account. Removal is immediate; timelines for the underlying data are in the Privacy Policy. You can also email abenuro@gmail.com for the same outcome.

We can suspend or terminate your account if you break these terms, put other users at risk, or use Rally in a way we reasonably believe is harmful or illegal. For serious violations — harassment, safety risks, or repeated abuse — we may terminate immediately without notice. For everything else, we'll try to give you a heads-up and a chance to fix it first.

If we ever shut Rally down as a product, we'll give you advance notice and a way to export your content before it's deleted.

5. Not medical or coaching advice

Rally isn't a medical, coaching, or training service. Don't rely on it for fitness advice, injury prevention, or anything that matters for your health. Talk to a real professional for that.

6. Disclaimers

Rally is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep the app working, but we don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or fit any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Fitness carries inherent physical risk. You're responsible for the workouts you do. Rally doesn't supervise, approve, or recommend any specific exercise, and we are not liable for injuries that happen during workouts you log in the app.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rally is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the app — including lost data, lost streaks, or the emotional impact of a broken ring. Our total liability for any claim related to Rally won't exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) $50 USD.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Rally evolves — for instance, when we add paid features or integrations with new service providers. If we make a material change, we'll notify you in-app before it takes effect and update the effective date at the top. Continuing to use Rally after an update means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that isn't resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, unless your local consumer law gives you a different right that we can't override.
