Frequently asked
- How do I reset my streak or leave a squad?
- Open Rally, tap your avatar, and find the option under Settings. If it isn't there yet, email us and we'll take care of it manually.
- I can't post a photo — the camera won't load.
- iOS sometimes holds onto old camera permissions. Open Settings → Rally and toggle Camera off and on. If that doesn't fix it, email us the iOS version and your phone model.
- How do I edit a post I already shared?
- Tap the ⋯ menu on any of your own posts to edit the caption or delete the post entirely.
- How do I delete my account and all my photos?
- Open Rally, go to Profile, tap the sign-out icon in the top right, and pick Delete account. Profile + squad membership + goals are removed immediately; past workout posts stay in the squad feed but lose your name. Prefer email? Write to abenuro@gmail.com from the address tied to your account.
- Something else is broken / I have a feature idea.
- Seriously, email us. Small teams read every note, and we prioritize the ones that come from people actually using Rally.

If you're reporting abuse, harassment, or a safety issue in a squad, mention that in the subject line so it reaches us faster. We triage those first.
